Take some time out of your day to relax and restore! Join Yoga Nidra expert Meg Veitenheimer as she guides folks through a gentle flow with restorative postures. What better way to stay grounded mid-week?

Meg Veitenheimer is an internationally trained Yoga Nidra expert and Restorative specialist living in Minnesota who id internationally trained. Her priority as a teacher is empowering practitioners to connect with their internal knowing through the practice of presence. Meg uses the tools of guided movement, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to provide intuitive and grounding classes. In a day and age where stress-related illness is prevalent, Meg is confident in the healing capabilities of these incredibly simple yet profound practices.
