As both a parent and a renowned fitness instructor, Victor will provide your family with easy, fun moves (and a rockin’ soundtrack) designed to get everyone up and moving. Whether you’re a parent or a toddler, this workout has something for everyone!
Victor Self is the West Coast Creative Director and a Master Instructor at Flywheel Sports, a New York City-based indoor cycling company that owns and operates 43 indoor cycling studios across the US. Victor manages all aspects of the creative department, including talent recruiting, training and development, new program development, and in-stadium experience for the company’s West Coast studios.
